User names and passwords are issued by the Secretariat to designated representatives of the Administrations formally associated with the Programme and invited representatives of International Organisations and other Observers, as listed in documents C/S P.010 and C/S P.011, Annex E, available on the Professionals website (Pro/Documents/System Documents).
